Single serving per package. Prepare Roland Bean Thread Noodles for a variety of Asian dishes. Mix them in a stir-fry or add them to a soup recipe. They are very thin, making them well suited for soaking up the flavor of sauces such as soy sauce or stock. Easy to prepare and versatile, they work as a tasty side or part of the main dish. These cellophane noodles come in a 2 oz bag and are free of fat, sodium and gluten. They are made with mung bean flour, starch and water.
- To prepare, put bean threads in cold water and boil them for five minutes
- When noodles are ready, add soy sauce, soup, or stock for extra taste

Cooking instructions: Soak bean threads in warm water until they soften, about 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly, cut in half. Cook noodles in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain well.
