PICKING UP YOUR ORDER
At the present time we do not ship items. All purchases must be picked up at the store: 8 Central Street, Brookfield MA 01506. Because of the COVID-19 Corona Virus Pandemic, we have instituted the following pickup procedures:
SCHEDULE A PICKUP
We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. We will try to process all orders within 24 hours. Please be patient!
Once you receive the email, call the store (508-867-0460) to schedule a time to pick up your order. We are available for pickup every day until 5 pm but you have to call ahead to schedule. When you call, also give us a description of your vehicle, including color so we can quickly gather your purchases once we see you have arrived at the store.
PICKUP PROCEDURE
We are located at 8 Central Street, Brookfield MA 01506, between the Town Hall and the Police Station. It is one block off of Route 9. Do not park in front of the building. Drive around to the parking lot directly behind our building. There is a driveway between our building and the town hall.
Park so your vehicle in the front part of the parking lot so you can be seen from the store windows. Open the door or trunk where you want us to put your purchase. Get back in your vehicle and stay inside while we deliver to the car. We will bring out your purchase, place it inside your vehicle and you are on your way. If we don't come out in a couple minutes, please call the store (508-867-0460) to let us know you are here.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
