This is a time-proven Amish remedy that immediately stops agonizing nighttime leg or foot cramps. It can take from 20 seconds up to two minutes to completely eliminate the cramps and they don't return for over 24 hours.*
Ingredients: A carefully balanced mixture of certified organic unfiltered raw apple cider vinegar, juice from the ginger plant and just the right amount of natural garlic juice in special combination so as to achieve almost instant results. To prevent leg cramps before bedtime or before engaging in a sporting event: Take 1 capful in 2 ounces of water or fruit juice. If cramping is in progress take one capful in 2 ounces of water or juice or splash or spray remedy on cramping area and rub in. Product may also be drunk direct from bottle.
