Recommended Use for Adults: Start out with half a teaspoon (about 1g), gradually increasing to two teaspoons (4.2 g) daily.
Directions: Place the desired amount of powder into a cup or mug, add 2-3 ounces of warm water, and let drink fizz. Stir drink until powder is completely dissolved, then fill the remainder of cup with warm or cold water.
