88 Acres bakery is located in inner-city Boston. They have created an environment that is free of the top eight most common food allergens (plus sesame) and produces zero food waste. It also benefits the community by creating jobs in the neighborhood. The co-founder grew up on a farm in North Brookfield and the name "88 Acres" came from that farm.
