Our customers have been consistently impressed with the flavor of this tomato, saying that it's a strong seller at markets. This variety performs like a hybrid but tastes like an heirloom. A farmer trialing it in Massachusetts said she couldn't keep up with her chefs' orders because they loved that it held for several days at peak ripeness.
