Our Propolis Nasal Spray Plus was developed for adult usage so we recommend for use in ages 18+. That said, we do have parents who choose to use the Nasal Spray for their children, but we always recommend speaking to your healthcare provider before starting use.
How do I use/what is the dosage? Squeeze twice in one nostril as needed. Gently blow your nose to clear the mucus out. Repeat for the other nostril.
